HOULTON — Duane R. Hoffman Sr., 49, of Turner and Houlton died unexpecedly Friday, Jan. 21. Duane was married to Paula McEachern Hoffman of Houlton.

Duane was born Jan. 8, 1962, to Wayne and Esther Hoffman of Turner.

He is survived by his wife, Paula of Houlton; son, Duane Hoffman Jr. of Lewiston; son, Jason Montminy and his wife, Jessica Montminy, of Gardiner; daughter, Becky St. Amand of Lewiston; ex-wife, Cathy Hoffman of Lewiston; stepdaughter, Amanda Hebert and husband, Charlie, of Greene; stepdaughters, Miranda Tidd of Houlton and Erin Whittaker; parents, Esther and Wayne Hoffman of Turner; sisters, Sherry Nichols and husband, Randy, of Fayette and Tabatha Hoffman and fiancee, Matthew Smith, of Turner; many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; as well as many aunts and uncles.

Duane was predeceased by his sister, Mary Tripp; and grandparents on both maternal and paternal sides.
