AUBURN — The monthly meeting of the Auburn Democratic City Committee will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 8, at the Hasty Memorial Armory at 48 Pettengill Road.
A representative from the Maine AFL-CIO will discuss two new right-to-work bills before the Maine Legislature.
All Auburn Democrats are urged to attend the city committee meetings, which take place the second Tuesday of the month. Refreshments are served and visitors are welcome. Attendees are encouraged to bring a nonperishable food item for the pantry at the Trinity Jubilee Center. Call 777-3125 with any questions.
The Hasty Memorial Armory has a side entrance with parking that is accessible to the handicapped.
