Art Pulse Cooperative Gallery will host an opening reception on Saturday, Feb. 12, for its “Gifts of Love” exhibit featuring landscapes, floral pieces, black-and-white photographs and abstract paintings. The reception will be from 7 to 10 p.m. at the gallery at 178 Lisbon St., Lewiston. The exhibit, with more than a dozen works, will be up through March 12. The artwork, above, titled “Strength,” was done by local artist Kerry Landry. Earlier this week, Art Pulse and Captive Elements set up a handful of paintings and photographs for display in an empty building on Lisbon Street as part of the Old Spaces, New Works initiative.
