PORTLAND — U.S. Cellular announces that Jeff Brown has been promoted to area sales manager for the communities U.S. Cellular serves in southern Maine. Brown leads the sales teams at nine stores located in Auburn, South Portland, Portland, South Paris, Topsham and Westbrook.
Brown started his career with U.S. Cellular in 2005. Most recently, he served as U.S. Cellular’s service manager for New England, where he was responsible for all cell phone repair centers. Previously, he held the position of store manager in Portland. He also held the position of operations control analyst for the company.
Prior to U.S. Cellular, Brown was a financial adviser and staff auditor with Banknorth. Brown lives in Gray with his wife and their three children.
