A bucket loader owned by Wayne Kennagh and Sons Excavating of Hebron lifts a section of pipe from the ground while digging to a broken water main at the corner of Gothic and Church streets in Paris on Monday. The leak was reported early Monday morning, when water began pouring from a crack in the road and residents reported lower water pressure. According to Steve Arnold of the Paris Utility District, it was the second water main to break this winter.
