LEWISTON — St. Mary’s Nutrition Center of Maine’s monthly Adult Community Cooking Night is restarting, with its first class of the new season Tuesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Organizers encourage the public to attend Tuesday’s class and learn how to cook a delicious seasonal meal in a hands-on learning environment.
