Ricky Levesque of Mexico does what he always does on Valentine’s Day, buys his wife, Deborah, flowers. This year he added a plush heart. Shelly Ouellette, co-owner of Davis Florist on Congress Street in Rumford, said business was up this year, including the call for roses. The shop had run out of roses by early afternoon, but more were expected later Monday.
