LEWISTON —  The Hilton Garden Inn Auburn Riverwatch, in conjunction with the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce, is sponsoring a half-day seminar, “Managing Your Time and Stress,” on Feb. 24 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the chamber’s conference room at 415 Lisbon St.

Lee Ann Szelog of Simply Put LLC will lead this half-day chamber seminar, intended to help those attending learn how to focus on priorities and learn techniques to manage time and energy in a manner that’s most meaningful.
