* Scott D. Dalitzky, 50, of Newton, Mass., Feb. 17, domestic assault, $300 cash bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Eric B. Smith, 26, of Dixfield, failure to appear for criminal threatening, Mexico Police Department.

* Leo L. Bernier, 51, of Paris, Feb. 18, disorderly conduct, released on personal recognizance, Paris Police Department.
