CASTINE — Benjamin Berube of Lewiston was recently named to the Dean’s List at Maine Maritime Academy for outstanding academic achievement in the first semester of the 2010-2011 academic year. Students named to the Dean’s List earn a grade point average of 3.3 or above on a 4.0 scale.

Berube, a member of the class of 2014, is majoring in marine engineering technology. He is a graduate of Leavitt Area High School, Turner.
