RAYMOND — Maine’s biggest ice fishing derby is offering some serious prize money for anyone who catches a record-breaking lake trout during the event.

Sebago Lake Ice Fishing Derby organizers say they’re offering $100,000 for a record-setting fish during the event, which is being held next Saturday and Sunday.

This is the 11th year for the derby, which is put on by the Sebago Lake Rotary Club.

The club bills the event as Maine’s largest and richest fishing derby, drawing up to 6,000 ice fishermen.
