LEWISTON — The corner store on College and Holland streets has opened its doors and is back in business, taking over where the College Street Variety left off 10 months ago. The convenience store is now called Lewiston Variety and operates under new management. The store’s deli is also now fully operational under the name College Corner Deli.
Lewiston Variety, 145 College St., carries a full line of groceries and a wide selection of beer and tobacco products. The store is open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Sundays from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. The store accepts EBT cards.
College Corner Deli is open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday; 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.; closed on Sundays.
There are plans to launch a Facebook and Twitter page for Lewiston Variety. Residents of the neighborhood are encouraged to stop by the store to learn where to sign up for weekly coupons.
