Lodge to meet
RUMFORD — The Gorizia Logde 467, Sons of Italy, will meet at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 27. All members are invited to attend the meeting at the lodge in Smithcrossing.
Day of prayer
BETHEL — World Day of Prayer will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, March 4, at Our Lady of Snows Catholic Church. Snow date is March 11.
Luncheon will follow. This year’s theme, “How Many Loaves Have You,” a service written by the Women of Chile, calls for everyone to share their gifts for the good of all.

Tables for rent
RUMFORD — The American Legion Post 24 Auxiliary will hold an indoor yard, craft and food sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 12. Baked goods and a chicken stew and biscuit lunch will be available.
Eight-foot tables are available to rent for $10 each or two tables for $15. Rental deadline is Saturday, March 5. For table reservations and more information, call 364-2827.
