* Cory S. Simmons, 28, of Poland, Feb. 23, operating under the influence and failure to stop for an officer, $500 unsecured bond, Maine State Police.

* Matthew P. Colby, 25, of Cornish, Feb. 23, probation violation, Maine Probation and Parole.
