LEWISTON —  A story published on Page B1 of Friday’s City edition about proposed changes in Gov. Paul LePage’s budget for retired teachers should have said the cost-of-living adjustment would be frozen through 2013, then capped at 2 percent. Also, as proposed, the state would only pay 4 percent more a year for rising health care costs. The information was incorrectly reported by the Sun Journal.
