Westbye Jr.

FREEPORT — The wedding of Jessica Labrecque and Robert J. Westbye Jr. was held on June 12 at the South Freeport Church in South Freeport. Pastor Thomas Keene officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Westbye is the daughter of Roger and Patricia Labrecque of Lewiston. Mr. Westbye is the son of Marilyn Westbye of Dresden and the late Robert J. Westbye.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory strapless gown and carried a bouquet of pink Gerber daisies.

Amanda Theberge, friend, served as honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Jenny Varughese, Lisa Snow and Laura Devlin, friends. Madelyn and Abigail Labrecque, nieces, were flower girls.

Shawn Fleck, friend, performed the duties of best man. Ushers were Derek Labrecque, brother, and Doug Dumont, friend.

A reception followed at the Italian Heritage Center in Portland, after which the couple traveled to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico. They are residing in Auburn.

The bride is employed at Sappi Fine Paper and the bridegroom is a college graduate of the University of Maine at Augusta.
