* Christopher J. Morgan, 33, of Norway, Feb. 26, domestic assault, probation violation and furnishing drugs, $1,000 cash bail, Norway Police Department.

* Jacques C. Rodrigue, 56, of Norway, Feb. 27, violation of bail conditions, Norway Police Department.

* Jay M. Walsh, 33, of Rumford, Feb. 27, failure to pay fines for theft and failure to pay fines for negotiating a worthless instrument, $2,340 cash bail, Mexico Police Department.

* Michael J. Macut Jr., 30, of Bridgton, Feb. 27, theft by unauthorized taking, disorderly conduct, failure to submit to arrest or detention and violation of bail conditions, Norway Police Department.
