LEWISTON — The Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope & Healing at Central Maine Medical Center is offering a free spiritual coaching course to cancer patients, survivors and caregivers. “Tools for Intentional Living and Transformation” is a six-week program presented by spiritual director Teresa A. Schulz. Sessions will take place Mondays from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at CMMC, in the lower level of the 12 High St. building.

March 7: Explore and Renew Your Inner Spirit. The art of intentional living, reconnect with your spiritual self and reflect on your spiritual biography.

March 14: Deepening Your Spirituality. A path to intentional living, embrace the spirit within and develop spiritual principles.

March 21: Develop and Grow in Your Spirituality. Intentionally living into your life, being fully present and choose a spiritual practice.

March 28: Grounded in the Sacredness of Ordinary Life. Intentional ways to draw closer to the spirit within, celebrate your spiritual story and recognize the spiritual dimensions in your life.

April 4: Grace Happens – Metanoia. Intentional transformation, a path to wholeness and healing; healing memories and forgiveness and reconciliation.

April 11: Imparting Your Wisdom – Spiritual Wills and Legacies. Intentional ways of evaluating your non-material worth, creating a spiritual will and sharing your spiritual legacy.
