NORTH OGDEN, Utah — Joan Jacqueline Morin Lay passed away on March 1.

She was born May 26, 1940, to Albert and Diane Morin in Lewiston. She married David Lay Sept. 26, 1959 in Glendale, Calif. They were married 51 years.
