* Paige A. Cyr, 26, of Oxford, March 1, two counts of failure to pay fines, $700 cash bail, Norway Police Department.

* Michael E. Hussey, 34, of West Paris, March 2, probation violation, Dixfield Police Department.

* Taylor J. Lowell, 18, no address, March 2, unsworn falsification, violating bail conditions and violating protective order, Norway Police Department.

* Craig A. Richardson, 43, of Stow, failure to pay fines, $420 cash bail, Fryeburg Police Department.
