AUBURN — Agren Appliance & Television announces that Matt Clement has been promoted to the position of store manager at its flagship store, 40 Minot Ave.

Clement is responsible for all store operations, including merchandising, product sales and inventory management.

Clement joined the Auburn sales team in April 2010. Prior to that, he worked for VTEC Education Center in South Portland. Clement received his bachelor’s degree from Maine Maritime Academy in 2006. He is a graduate of Lawrence High School in Fairfield and is a native of Clinton.

Clement is a member of the Agren Appliance basketball team in the Leavitt League, and is involved in league play in several local basketball programs. He lives in Portland.
