MELBOURNE, Fla. — Carol Palman Black, 65, of Melbourne, Fla., formerly of Saco, died March 4, after a courageous struggle against cancer.

She was born in Lewiston, Oct. 10, 1945, the loving daughter of John L. Palman Sr. (deceased) and Ann Motyl Palman of Auburn and Melbourne, Fla.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Lloyd Anthony Black; her son, Maj. Jeremy Black; her daughter, Jessica Black; grandson, Jared Black; and brother, John L. Palman, Jr.

She will be sadly missed and loved always.
