MEXICO — The following incidents were handled by the Mexico Police Department.

* Sgt. Roy Hodsdon said police have a suspect in a felony assault that was reported at 1:43 a.m. March 2 on Holman Avenue. He said a 22-year-old Osgood Avenue man suffered serious injuries and was taken to Rumford Hospital. He is expected to be released Thursday.

Theft

* An employee at the Mexico Food Trend on Main Street reported a gas drive-off at 10:57 a.m. March 4. The driver of a white, four-door sedan got away with $17 worth of gas.
