* Jackie L. Duguay, 55, of Mexico, March 9, operating under the influence, $300 cash bail, Mexico Police Department.

* Stephen C. Jackson, 56, of Fryeburg, March 9, theft, $500 cash bail, Fryeburg Police Department.

* Troy J. Blanchard, 21, of Rumford, March 10, domestic violence assault and trafficking in dangerous knives, $900 cash bail, Mexico Police Department.
