DEAR SUN SPOTS: Bonjour! Loisirs Culturel A L’Etranger is in need of host families for French teens for three-week stays, July 7 to 27 and Aug. 4 to 24.

Students bring their own spending money, have insurance and as always are very eager to meet, befriend and know their American host family. Host families are compensated $100 per week. Please help.

These French teens want USA friendships. It’s also a great cultural experience for the entire family. Make a French friend for life. To learn more, visit www.LEC-USA.com.

If you are interested in being a host family for a French teen, please e-mail or phone today. Merci beaucoup. — Kim French, 539-4685, mom2heflmf@yahoo.com

DEAR SUN SPOTS: You seem to be able to help many people, so I thought I would try my luck. I have a leather jacket that needs to have the zipper replaced. I have not had any luck finding someone in the Lewiston-Auburn area to do that. Can you or your readers help me with this? — dollyvg2002@yahoo.com

DEAR SUN SPOTS: Thanks for the March 4 inquiry for the Zumba clubbing at Club Texas. We will be offering Zumba clubbing on Mondays at 7 p.m. for $3 for two hours of dancing (one hour of Zumba and one hour of club dancing). The bar will be open — the club is for those 21 and older.

We just finished the Party Hearty on Feb. 28, and we had a terrific turnout with guest instructors from the area. The Zumba clubbing will also be offered at the Silver Spur in Mechanic Falls on Wednesdays from 6 to 7 p.m.

The Zumba clubbing will host different events in the upcoming months. You can find us on Facebook at Girl Power Fitness. The schedule of upcoming events and discounts to Zumba classes are there. “Like” us!
