DANVILLE, N.H. — Lorraine H. Chase, 80, of Danville, N.H., and formerly of Mexico, died March 12, in Danville, N.H., after a battle with pulmonary hypertension.

She was born in Mexico, July 20, 1930, the daughter of Norman J. and Velda Hutchinson and graduated from Mexico schools. Lorraine was dedicated to her family, loved to do crafts, solve puzzles and knit hats for cancer patients.

She is survived by her seven children, Richard Chase of Kingston, N.H., Barbara Chase of Sarasota, Fla., Stephen Chase of Danville, N.H., Jane Steyne of Virginia Beach, Va., Peter Chase, Kathleen Dennis and Robert Chase II, all of Danville, N.H.; grandchildren, Carla Chase, Andrew Calhoun, Lauren Chase, Michael Dennis, Joanna Chase, Benjamin Calhoun and Joshua Dennis; one great-grandson, Nicholas Rattlelade; one sister; Naomi Bremilst of Norfolk, Mass.; and her brother, Carroll Hutchinson of West Peru.
