NETTLETON, Miss. — Katherine Hughes of Auburn and Jordan Davis of Nettleton, Miss., were united in marriage on May 22 at the Nettleton Pentecostal Church in Nettleton, Miss. The Rev. Larry Hill, the Rev. Coy Hill and the Rev. Larry Davis officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hughes of Auburn. She is the granddaughter of the late Thomas and Ruth Kunz of Cohocton, N.Y., and Cynthia Hughes and the late Norman Hughes of South Portland.

The bridegroom is the son of the Rev. and Mrs. Larry Davis of Nettleton. He is the grandson of the late Revs. George and Manie Hill of Nettleton and Clarence and Ruby Davis of Taylorsville, Miss.

The bride wore a sweetheart beaded lace trumpet gown with a shirred tulle bodice, with custom-made three quarter sleeves and satin and tulle bolero-style jacket.

The matron of honor was Rebecca Sirka of Auburn and the maid of honor was JoAnna Hughes of Auburn. The bridesmaids were Cassandra Lee and Miranda Conn of Nettleton and Sarah Cunliffe of Haleiwa, Hawaii. Jenna Hurl of Nettleton served as flower girl.

Wesley and Mason Lee of Nettleton served as best men. Groomsmen were Tony Lee and Matthew Conn of Nettleton and Ondrej Sirka of Auburn. The ring bearer was Jayce Lee of Nettleton. Jay Hicks of Tupelo, Jason Watson of Oceanside, Calif. and Cayce Minich and Josh Riley of Nettleton served as ushers.

A reception followed at the Nettleton Pentecostal Church Family Center in Nettleton. After a honeymoon to St. Maarten, the couple is residing in Nettleton.

The bride is a registered nurse at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.

The bridegroom is assistant pastor at the Nettleton Pentecostal Church in Nettleton.
