* Ann M. Charest, 43, of Oxford, March 18, two counts of failure to pay fines, $1,006 cash bail, Oxford Police Department.

* Linda F. Pepin, 30, of Otisfield, March 19, failure to pay fines, $1,310 cash bail, Maine State Police.

* Jesse J. Webster, 25, of Dixfield, March 20, operating under the influence and violation of bail conditions, Rumford Police Department.

* Joshua A. Johnston, 22, of Dixfield, March 20, failure to appear, $800 cash bail, Dixfield Police Department.

* James L. Young, 41, of Harrison, March 20, violation of bail conditions, Maine State Police.
