* A vehicle driven by Timothy J. Drouin, 22, of Windsor collided with a vehicle driven by Beatrice Perron Dahlen, 27, of Portland at 4 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Pleasant Street and Alfred Plourde Parkway. Damage to the 1998 Dodge driven by Drouin and owned by Christine R. Burnam of Raymond was classified as functional. The 2002 Subaru driven by Beatrice Dahlen and owned by Peter J. Dahlen was towed due to disabling damage.
