JAY — The annual meeting of the Livermore Falls Downtown Betterment Group will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 29, at Spruce Mountain.

Guest speaker will be Kristal Flagg, Livermore Falls town clerk, treasurer and interim town manager. Beginning in July Flagg will be full-time town manager. She will share her vision for the town from the vantage point of her long history with it and her new role.

The evening will include a social hour with appetizers, a review of what the group has accomplished in 2010, a brief business meeting to approve the slate of members and officers, the presentation of the Community Service Award, and a look at what’s ahead for 2011.
