* Gary E. Decker, 56, of Rumford, March 26, operating under the influence and operating after suspension, $700 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.

* Michael R. Decelle, 27, of Porter, March 26, failure to appear, failure to submit to arrest or detention, failure to give correct name or address and violation of bail conditions, Maine State Police.

* Donald P. Billings, 37, of Mechanic Falls, March 26, operating after suspension, released on personal recognizance, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
