BANGOR — Robert L. Beauchesne, 74, of St. Albans, died March 19, after a three-year battle with cancer, at a Bangor hospital.
He was born in Lewiston, June 14, 1936, the son of Thomas and Armosa (Letourneau) Beauchesne and moved to Connecticut, when he was 6 years old. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He was employed for 34 years at Southern New England Telephone Co. in Connecticut.
He is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Donna (Robertson-Provencher) Beauchesne of St. Albans; three children; five stepchildren; 15 grandchildren; one niece; and a very good friend, Joe.
He was predeceased by his parents; his first wife of 37 years, Cynthia; and his sister, Diane.
