Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on June 7 in Rumford District Court:

* Jay Walsh, 33, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 3:56 p.m. March 24. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on May 3 in Rumford District Court.

* John Smith, 20, Mexico, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of assault, 1:12 p.m. March 24. He was released on $250 cash bail and will be arraigned on April 5 in Rumford District Court.

* Joshua Messier, 27, Rumford, domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime or injury, 8 a.m. March 21. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on May 3 in Rumford District Court.

* Cote Blanchard, 18, Rumford, operating after suspension, 11:28 p.m. March 20. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.

* Zachary Metivier, 26, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence, 2:10 a.m. March 20. He was released on $700 unsecured bail.
