AUGUSTA — Dorothy P. Pelletier, 83, died Friday, March 25, at Gray Birch Nursing Home.

She was born in Lewiston, Aug. 3, 1927, the daughter of the late Samuel and Azilda (Boucher) Cote.

She married Gerard Pelletier on May 30, 1947, he predeceased her on Dec. 26, 1995. Dorothy had a love for writing and music of all kinds.

She will be sadly missed by her friends and staff at Gray Birch Nursing Home.

She leaves two daughters, Rachel Barbioni and her husband, Roger, of Oxford and Constance Wagner and her husband, William, of Lynn, Mass.; two sons, Raymond Pelletier and his wife, Joan, of Stoneham, Mass., and Donald Pelletier and his wife, Debraline, of Lewiston; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
