PARIS — The following arrests were logged at the Oxford County jail:

* Joshua D. Spencer, 26, of West Paris, March 30, failure to appear for operating without a license and two counts of failure to appear for operating after suspension, $1,000 cash bail, Maine State Police.

* Joshua P. Twitchell, 23, of Paris, March 30, domestic violence assault with prior offense, violation of protective order and violation of bail conditions, Paris Police Department.

* James J. Shortsleeves, 41, of Hiram, March 30, probation violation, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Devvyn Pinard, 18, of Buckfield, March 31, disorderly conduct, released on personal recognizance, Maine State Police.

* Joseph A. McNeil, 19, of Buckfield, March 31, carrying a concealed weapon, released on personal recognizance, Maine State Police.
