* Ross Bowler, 18, of 265 Main St., Monmouth, shoplifting, 4:53 p.m. Thursday on Spring Street.

* Dean Pushard, 49, of 204 Ben’s Hill Road, Sabattus, violation of bail conditions, 6:47 p.m. Thursday at that address, Sabattus Police.

* Yves Arondel De Hayes, 72, of 36 Katherine’s Way, Sabattus, operating under the influence, 10:40 p.m. Thursday on Katherine’s way, Sabattus Police. 

Accidents

Lewiston

* A vehicle driven by Rashonda Bailey, 17, of Auburn, and owned by Tonya Bailey of Lewiston, and a vehicle driven by Richard E. Fritz, 21, of Naples, and owned by Ronald Crocker of Brunswick, collided on Lisbon Street at 9:29 p.m. on Sunday. Bailey’s 2000 Honda was towed due to disabling damage. No damage to Fritz’s 1985 Chevrolet was observed.

* A vehicle driven by Raymond J. Landry, 20, of Auburn, and owned by John M. Cloutier of Lewiston left the road and struck a tree while turning from Lisbon Street onto South Lisbon Road at 3:01 a.m. on Monday. Landry’s 1996 Ford was towed due to disabling damage.

* A vehicle driven by Joseph Delano, 51, of Freeport, and a vehicle driven by Janice M. Oullette collided on Main Street at 8:18 a.m. Monday. Damage to both Ouellette’s 2003 Saturn and Delano’s 1997 Ford was classified as functional.
