* Ralph H. Gannon, 49, of Bethel, April 4, failure to appear for theft, $100 cash bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Shawn E. Stevens, 40, of Oxford, April 4, domestic violence assault, $750 cash bail, Oxford Police Department.

* David M. Small, 47, of Rumford, April 5, failure to appear for assault, fugitive from justice, Rumford Police Department.

* Cory J. Burhoe, 22, of Norway, April 5, operating under the influence, $300 cash bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
