SOUTH PARIS — Sylvia K. Weymouth, 84, of South Paris, passed away on Monday, April 4, at Market Square Health Care Center.

She was born in Hartford, Sept. 9, 1926, the daughter of Lloyd and Gladys Dawes Keene. She graduated from Edward Little High School and had been employed as a telephone operator and had been a homemaker.

She married John “Jack” Weymouth on June 22, 1947. She was a member of the Extension, the PTA and she was a member of the North Livermore Baptist Church Guild. She also did a lot of volunteering throughout the years.

She is survived by her husband, John; daughters, Judith Holt and husband, Richard and Nancy Niemi and husband, Michael; grandchildren, Raymond and Elizabeth; several half brothers and sisters; several nieces and nephews; and her dog, Princess.

She was predeceased by a brother, Franklin Keene.
