Janus, a meteorologist for WMTW TV and a part-time “mad scientist” who lives in Casco, is teaching the six-week program. Egge is a second-grader at Fairview Elementary School in Auburn. Kaylee Cox, 10, is a fourth-grader at East Auburn Elementary; her 8-year-old brother is a third-grader at the same school.
