West Paris Girl Scout Troops 2106 and 1350 and Daisies held a birthday party on March 15 to celebrate 99 years of Girl Scouting. The program was founded on March 12, 1912, by Juilette Gordon Low in Savanna, Ga. Junior Troop 1350 organized the activities around the theme of “Clowning Around.” A birthday cake was made by Junior Girl Scout Krissy Wilson. From left are Krissy Wilson, Gabby Louvat, Aaliyah Moore, Jade Martel-Bixby, Abby Downing, Abigail Cassidy, Destiney Brennan, Krystal Kennison, Piper Fox and Halle James.
