AUBURN — Students Frank Montana and Allison Lewandowski of Saint Dominic Academy presented the Mid Coast Chapter, American Red Cross, with a donation to help local disaster victims.

The gift, from the Student Senate at Saint Dominic Academy, will help the Mid Coast Chapter to provide shelter, food, clothing and prescription medications to local families who have lost their home to a fire or other disaster.

“The gift, in response to the increasing numbers of local fires in the region, couldn’t come at better time to help to replenish our local disaster relief fund,” said Connie Jones, executive director.

“We would like to thank the students at Saint Dominic Academy for their generosity and concern about the families in the midcoast area,” she said.
