OCALA, Fla. — Kathleen Opal Adams, 52, of Ocala, Fla., died April 9, in Ocala, Fla.

She was born March 3, 1959, in Tampa, Fla., to George A. Courbron Sr. and Maria Courbron.

Survivors include her husband, Kim Adams; son, Kevin (Christine) Adams; daughter, Kassandra (Jeremy) Grossenbach; grandsons, Austin, Christien and Chase Adams; siblings, Debra (Andre) Dostie, George (Maryanne) Coubron Jr., Rosemary (Kenneth) Merrill, Audrey (Tommy) Pelkey and Janet Courbron; father, George Courbron Sr.; aunt, Rita Trask; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her mother, Maria Courbron; brother, Paul Courbron; and sister, Theresa Derosier.
