The Half Moon Jug Band, above, known for playing kazoos and banjo, and its overall craziness, will join three of the area’s heaviest, hard-rocking bands on Saturday, April 23, for a fundraiser. Kaining Amy of Lewiston, Safe to Say, The Motor Creeps of Lisbon Falls and the jug band will perform to raise money for Katrina Patterson, a woman in need of a heart transplant. The 7 p.m. concert will be at the Lewiston Elks Club, 675 Lisbon St., Lewiston (784-4801). Tickets are $5 at the door.
