The following are to be arraigned on June 7 in Rumford District Court:

* Nicholas Varnum, 21, Rumford, domestic assault, turned himself in at 3:16 a.m. April 14 at the police station on River Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

* Jesse Merrill, 25, Dixfield, violation of a protection order, 11:40 p.m. April 8 on Prospect Avenue. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.
