NORWAY — The MaineHealth Learning Resource Center at Stephens Memorial Hospital will offer The Beat Goes On: Living Well with Heart Failure, to be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Thursdays, April 28 to May 26. The program will be held in the Harper Conference Center in The Ripley Medical Building.

Join health professionals from the MaineHealth system and learn skills to help you better manage your condition and connect with others who have heart failure. During this five-week series, topics covered will be eating well, exercise, stress and medication management.
