RUMFORD — A 35-year-old Rumford man was arrested at 2:50 a.m. April 23 and charged with domestic violence and terrorizing.

Harold Reeve was released from the Rumford Police Department on $1,000 unsecured bail. He is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 5.

Rumford Sgt. Douglas Maifeld said Reeve was arrested on Spruce Street.
