* Michael Beall, 26, Farmington, disorderly conduct, assault on an officer, April 26, no bail listed as of April 27, Jay Police Department.

* Clark Dunham, 60, Starks, warrant unpaid fine/fees, April 26, transferred to Somerset County, Franklin County Sheriff Department.
