LEEDS — Jeff and JoAn Chartier of Leeds and Spanish Fort, Ala., and Paul and Lanette Jones of Stockton, Ala., are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Paula Leanne Jones to Michael Daniel Chartier of Daphne, Ala.
The future bride is a 1999 graduate of Daphne High School and earned her master’s degree in early childhood education, graduating from Auburn University in 2003. She currently teaches kindergarten in the Mobile County Public Schools.
The future bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Lewiston High School and continued his education at Central Maine Community College. He is currently employed as a field support technician with General Dynamics, Advanced Information Systems in Mobile, Ala.
A June wedding is planned on the bluffs in Fairhope, Ala. The couple will reside in Daphne, Ala.
