AUBURN — Joy Siegel was recently named to the board of corporators at Mechanics Savings Bank.
Siegel is treasurer and co-founder of Building Solutions LLC, a plan/design/build firm specializing in turn-key commercial and industrial projects headquartered in Oxford.
Siegel and two partners co-founded Building Solutions LLC in 1992 with a goal of creating economic and community development in Maine. As a managing member, Siegel helps to create jobs for Maine citizens by proactively recruiting businesses to expand or relocate to the Lewiston-Auburn area. She assists in making new business expansion possible by finding creative, cost-effective solutions to potential roadblocks such as upfront costs or ongoing operating fees.
An Oxford resident, Siegel is active in town affairs, having created a master plan for the town to convert the former fire station and police station into a community center.
