AUBURN — Raymond N. Pelletier, 75, of Auburn, died on Monday, May 30, at the Hospice House, with his companion, Eva, by his side.

He was born in Lewiston on July 7, 1935, the son of Gerard and Marguerite Pelletier. He attended local schools and served in the U.S. Army from 1960 to 1962. Afterward he attended L.D.S. Business School and also worked at the Army Depot in Salt Lake City. After returning to Maine, he worked as supply systems analyst at the Brunswick Naval Air Station, from which he retired in 1990. On June 5, 1987, he married Mariette Blouin. He was a member of St. Philip’s Church in Auburn and a past member of the Eagles and Elks Lodges.

He is survived by his son, Denis; one stepdaughter; and four grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his wife in 1995 and his son, Trent, in 2005. He was also predeceased by his parents.
